Helping Patients Access Seniors’ Support Services in Mississauga
Navigating the Ontario health care system can be challenging. The newly launched Mississauga Health Seniors Navigation Portal helps older adults continue to live well at home by connecting them to health care providers in Mississauga, before their health becomes an emergency. The goal of the Navigation Portal is to help individuals connect with the services they need, or to access the support of a care navigator who can assist them. The portal can connect people to services such as meal deliveries, respite care, or transportation to a medical appointment.
Our Paediatric Care Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for children and youth from 6 months to 17 years of age with cough/flu/fever/COVID like symptoms. Click here for more details.
