David retired after a finance and accounting career spanning the public accounting, oil and gas, banking and pension industries. David has also served on Not for Profit Boards including Fred Victor Centre, The Mississauga Food Bank and a seniors affordable housing residence in Mississauga. In addition to holding a CPA, CA accounting designation, David also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Toronto.
Jason Lindo is a Data Analytics and Strategy professional with more than 15 years of experience. He recently was a Director of Analytics for Cossette Media, leading the analytics team for the agency’s largest client. Before his role with Cossette, he worked as an independent consultant for many years providing services to Government and non-profit agencies including Health Canada, Toronto Region Board of Trade, and the BC Ministry of Health.
Jason has worked for the Government of Canada on the National Tobacco Strategy. In 2020, he developed a Digital Strategy Roadmap for the Tobacco Control Directorate (TCD) at Health Canada to address the Government’s goal of lowering the national tobacco prevalence from 15% to 5% by 2035.
Jason is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the Board, and the continued success of the Summerville Family Health Team.
Antoinette Dowd is a finance professional with more than 25 years of leadership experience working with large public and private multinational companies at corporate and operational levels. Her finance career began at Deloitte where she received her CPA, CA. Currently she is VP, Client Relations at Vaco Toronto, an end-to-end talent and solutions partner, where she leverages her professional experience, personal journey and desire to help others.
Antoinette has been heavily involved in her community through various parent, sport and advocacy volunteer groups. She is thrilled to be able to continue this involvement as she plays a part on the Board of the Summerville Family Health Team.
Dr. Monica Sethi is a Family Physician who has been practicing and teaching residents and clerks at the Trillium-Summerville Family Medicine Teaching Unit since 2011. She practices comprehensive family medicine as well as low risk obstetrics and newborn care. She completed her Family Medicine residency and Low-Risk Obstetrics fellowship at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Sethi is a Lecturer with the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. She also teaches students at the Mississauga Academy of Medicine. This is her second year on the Board of Directors.
Freya Painting has been a lawyer for more than 20 years. She practiced commercial and bankruptcy litigation before working in professional regulation and oversight at the College of Nurses of Ontario and Ontario Ombudsman. She currently practices estate litigation.
Freya holds a BA from Western University and an LL.B. from the University of Toronto. She has previously served on not-for-profit boards, including Downtown Legal Services and the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly. She volunteers at LAMP Community Health Centre and is a member of the Rotary Club of Etobicoke.
Freya is pleased to support the Summerville Family Health Team which provides three generations of her family with excellent care.
Dr. Vincent Park is a family physician with the Trillium-Summerville Family Team at Central Site. He is one of the founding members of the Summerville Family Health Team that was formed in 2007. Dr. Park is in his fourth year on the Board of Directors. He is also a member of the IM committee at the Summerville Family Health Team. Academically, he is on faculty with the University of Toronto as an adjunct lecturer, involved in clinical teaching of third year medical students.
Dr. Amy Reinhart is a family physician who has been practicing at the Harborn site of the Summerville Family Health Team since 2019. She completed medical school at Western University and her family medicine training at the Summerville Family Medicine Teaching Unit site of the University of Toronto. She is a Clinician Teacher with the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto and teaches clerks and family medicine residents. She participates as an examiner for the College of Family Physicians of Canada in its certification of new family physicians. She is also an active member of Summerville's Quality Improvement Committee. Dr. Reinhart is in her second year on the Board of Directors.
Dr. Phebe Shenouda is a Family Physician who joined Summerville Family Health Team in 2022, providing comprehensive care at the Apple Hills site. Dr. Shenouda completed medical school at University of Alexandria and received her designation in Family Medicine in 2007 & Fellowship in 2018 from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She has participated as a Physician Examiner for the Medical Council of Canada since 2016. Dr. Shenouda is in her first year on the Board of Directors and is a member of Summerville’s Risk Management Committee.
Dr. Sean Skeldon is a family physician who has been practicing at the Etobicoke site of the Summerville Family Health Team since 2018. He completed medical school at Queen's University and his family medicine residency at the University of Toronto. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto and teaches clerks and family medicine residents.
Dr. Carlo Cifelli is a family physician who has been practicing at the Etobicoke site of the Summerville Family Health Team since 2016. He completed medical school at the University of Toronto and his family medicine training at the Summerville Family Medicine Teaching Unit site of the University of Toronto. He is a Clinician Teacher with the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto and teaches clerks and family medicine residents. Dr. Cifelli is in his second year as the Lead Physician of Summerville Family Health Team and on the Board of Directors.
Andrea Stevens, MBA, has been the Executive Director of Summerville Family Health Team since June 2018. Throughout her career, she has held senior management positions in the health and non-profit sectors, including 7 years as Vice President at the Ontario Lung Association, 2 years as the inaugural Executive Director of the Etobicoke Medical Centre Family Health Team, and more than 25 years at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. In addition, she has done private consulting for the Government of Ontario, Health Canada, the Canadian Mental Health Commission, the University of Toronto and other organizations specializing in mental health promotion, substance use prevention, and management. She has co-authored several publications and is a member of CIHR’s College of Reviewers.
